As in everything these days a shortage of supplies seams to affect everything. This took some time but was well worth the wait. It looks great and the dogs love it.

We were not able to install a doggie door using traditional means so this patio window solution was a lifesaver. Our baby lives to be able to go out on her own and our new house was not conducive until this solution. It’s pricey but worth it in the end. Works great and looks great.

The entire back of my house is windows. I thought I'd never find a way for the dogs to go in and out as they please. This product is amazing! I have 4 dogs and 2 are over 100 lbs so I was hesitant about a dog door in glass, but this product is solid and working perfectly! Thank you!

You won't be disappointed with this high-quality door if you don't mind waiting--almost 7 weeks from when I placed the order in my case. The door arrived in good condition, although the frame and screw holes were cracked off along one side. The company responded quickly, though, and I had a replacement frame within a couple of days. The glass and dog door are solid and well constructed, and it was stupid simple to swap my existing glass for the dog door/glass. As 50ish woman, I am happy to say that I did the whole job myself in about 1/2 hour. My dog took to the door quickly, but I did have to buy two steps (one for each side of the door), as he struggled a bit with hopping up enough to clear the door frame to get through the flap and hole. But the steps made all the difference, and now he walks through confidently and easily. The flap is thick, but flexible, and the magnets hold it closed. The security panel slides in smoothly and locks in place. Despite the shipping delay and the damaged frame, I am nevertheless happy with the door and with customer service.

Looks great, installation was surprisingly easy. I've only had it a week but so far I have zero complaints.

Love the door---it turned out great! It did take a bit longer than I hoped but it was worth the wait.

First I was very impressed with the packaging. I was terrified it was going to be delivered shattered and this was not the case. Time to Install and we have a problem. The door insert is too small. I took the measurements from 3 different people to be sure it was the correct size and it came out wrong. I knew it would cost a fortune to return it and get a new one so my son added a wooden panel on one side of our existing door and it fixed the problem. A lot more work than needed because now I need to paint. Overall the quality of the door is better than I could have hoped for and hopefully we have years with our new door for our dogs.
