PetSafe Universal Pet Door Install Kit



The PetSafe pet door install kit can be used on any PetSafe pet door that is a large size (10"w x 5"h) or smaller. This kit does not have enough weatherstripping for larger sized pet doors. The kit allows you to seal the outside penetrating hole and the pet door frame together for an enhanced weather seal.

This kit is most commonly used when mounted pet doors to irregular surfaces, such as, panel doors.

(Note: the drill bit included with this install kit may or may not work with every PetSafe pet door. It is included only as a courtesy as a most commonly used sized drill bit.)

Clear Silicone Rubber Sealant and applicator tip. (2.5 oz.) Drill Bit: 5/16" diameter x 4 /5" long. Wide Weatherstripping: 3/4" width x 1/2" thickness x approx. 40" long (Adhesive Foam Tape) Narrow Weatherstripping: 3/8" wide x 1/4" thickness x approx. 40" long (Adhesive Foam Tape) For use with PetSafe pet doors large size (10"w x 15"h) or smaller only. (Note: Complete instructions are included, you may use all or some of the component pieces during install.)
