Containment for Large and Stubborn Dogs
The PetSafe Stubborn Dog In Ground Fence containment system is safe and effective for large and hard to train dogs. The containment area is made by laying wire in the desired perimeter configuration either underground or on a fixed object, such as a fence. A radio signal is transmitted through the wire creating the boundary. Your pet will wear a receiver collar that sends two types of signals to the dog. The first signal occurs when the dog approaches the boundary (Warning Zone)... the receiver collar will emit a warning beep. If the dog continues towards the boundary (Static Correction Zone), a second static correction signal will get his attention that the boundary should not be crossed. The Stubborn Dog In-Ground Fence has a "Progressive Correction Anti-Linger feature that is designed to keep your dog from testing the boundary. The PIG00-10777 Containment System has the ability to cover an area up to 10 acres.
This PIG00-10777 containment system uses the PetSafe Stubborn Dog Receiver PRF-275-19, giving you 4 levels of progressive correction plus a tone only with vibration mode. This collar offers the highest level of correction intensity of all PetSafe containment collars. It also has an Anti-Linger programming feature. This unit is specifically designed for larger dogs and dogs that are stubborn or hard to train and not recommended for small to medium dogs. You may add additional collars (Chart below) to match the temperament of another dog on the same in ground fence system. This mix and match ability of the PetSafe Systems allows you to customize your in ground fence to the dogs being contained.

Henry the stubborn GSD
My henry just doesnt like to co-operate with staying in the yard... This all changed when I purchased this fence! Very impressive considering it is the 3rd fence ive tried and the only that has actually worked!!!! Now I can train him in the yard!

When they say stubborn dog...
They mean it...I had tried several different fencing systems with no success. I put my dog in a dog run, and he dug out under the fence. I tried this system as my last resort, and this keeps buster in the yard. AMAZING! He had no problem running through other systems, but this one really does the trick.

Even worked for our dog
We had tried another in-ground fencing system last year, but our dog would not cooperate. We were nervous about the cost of trying this again, but went ahead and bought this system...very happy we did because it works perfectly for our dog who does not train easily at all. It was like having a second job trying to work with him! Thank you for offering a product that meets our needs.
