The panel arrived very quickly and fit perfectly. I can attest to how well made and secure this pet door is as it was VERY hard to break with a large sharp pier post when we got locked out of our house in the middle of the night and had no choice but to break it. No question but Security Boss is the best dog door maker.

My original security panel lasted over 10 years years of constant use and abuse. So happy Moore still had replacement panels and I didn't have to order a whole new setup. Easy to order and quick shipment.

I’ve had my door for 12 years in my dog room, with up to 7 dogs at a time sometimes, was slightly frayed on bottom from use but it was 12 years! Then I got a golden retriever-ish shelter dog this year who ate the door in one sitting. I ordered another door, Fed-ex has been treating my north Texas ranch like a 3rd world country lately, just dumping it at old locked entrances, this one had sat in a ditch for 4 days. Moorepet Customer service rep Brandy is sensational, she answered the phone directly each time, very personable, efficient & patiently let me rant about FedEx to my heart’s content.. I eventually hunted down the package after driving around the ranch for 40 minutes. The door s perfect as usual. No fault of Moorepet that FedEx has become incompetent. Moore’s products are the best, customer service even better, & I no longer leave my new dog anywhere near the dog door.
