    just wanted to say that I am so pleased with the cat door that I ordered. Since I was replacing a current cat door, I was concerned that a new door would not fit properly. I spoke with a sales reprsentative who was very helpful. The door arrived very quickly and my cats have adjusted well to the new door. It fits great and is airtight. My "hefty" cat really appreciates the extra room in going through the door! I would recommend your company to others! Thank you for a great product and great service.

    I bought the Hefty cat door about 3 months ago, and it is working great. My cat was a little timid about using it at first, so i called and talked to the people at moore pet and they told me to try proping the door open temporarily to let my cat get used to it. I did and then i took off the tape that was holding the door open, after about 3 weeks and now my cat doesnt have any trouble with it. Thanks a bunch.
