The customer must note damages and shortages on the delivery receipt at the time of acceptance. If you notice any damage upon receipt please refuse delivery. Notify Moore Pet Supplies customer service department immediately upon discovery of discrepancy. All shortages with the shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
