FedEx Home Delivery - Delivers 7 days a week - In the contiguous U.S., delivery takes 1–5 days. Shipping to and from Alaska and Hawaii is 3–7 days.
FedEx Ground – Delivers Monday thru Friday, Delivery within the contiguous U.S. takes 1–5 business days. Shipping to and from Alaska and Hawaii requires 3–7 business days
FedEx Express Saver – Delivers Monday thru Friday and Shipment is delivered within 3 days. This option is not available to Alaska or Hawaii
FedEx 2 Day – Delivers Monday thru Friday; Saturday delivery is also available in certain areas for an additional charge: Alaska and Hawaii may differ from delivery times in the contiguous U.S
FedEx Overnight – Delivers Monday thru Friday Saturday Delivery is available in some areas for an additional fee - Some areas of Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for Standard Overnight.

UPS Ground - Delivers Monday thru Friday Guaranteed day-definite delivery typically in one to five business days to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Saturday Delivery available in select areas.
UPS 3 Day Select - Delivers Monday thru Friday Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day to the 48 contiguous states. Saturday Delivery in select areas
UPS 2nd Day Air – Delivers Monday thru Friday Guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii by the end of the second business day. Optional Saturday Delivery available
UPS Next Day Air Saver – Delivers Monday thru Friday Guaranteed on-time delivery to commercial destinations within the 48 contiguous states and select locations in Alaska and Hawaii by 3:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. the next business day where UPS Next Day Air® delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 p.m., respectively. Shipments to residential locations within the UPS Next Day Air Saver area are delivered by end of day. Not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air service is committed by end of day Saturday Delivery is NOT available.
UPS Next Day Air – Delivers Monday thru Friday Guaranteed on-time delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m. or end of next business day, depending on destination, with some limitations to Alaska and Hawaii. Optional Saturday Delivery available.

Items returned within 30 days are subject to a 16% restocking fee. Please note that some manufacturers impose a higher restocking fee overriding this 16% restocking fee, this will be posted on the product page for those products.

Items returned within 30-60 days will receive a 25% restocking fee.

Items beyond 60 days are non-returnable and non-refundable.

ALL returned items must arrive in NEW CONDITION. If your product has been USED it is non-returnable and nonrefundable. If your product comes with retail packaging then that item must be returned in the retail packaging. You may need to package it in a different box to ensure safe delivery.

You are responsible for return shipping, this means you will be the shipper, we strongly encourage you to insure your package for the full retail value.

Please call 800-829-7876 for all returns. We will send you an RMA via email with your return authorization number and details on how to return the product.

Any damages occurring during shipping will be the responsibility of the customer as you are now the shipper. We STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU DECLARE THE FULL RETAIL VALUE WHEN RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT.

Retain your return shipping tracking number. You will need to provide this to ensure that you receive your refund more efficiently.

Restocking fees vary by manufacturer if the product you purchased has a restocking fee it is listed on

Manufacturer Required Re-Stocking Fees All items purchased through Moore Pet Supplies do have a 16% restocking fee given upon return of an item. However, some manufacturers mandate that a returned product is returned to the manufacturing location with a higher associated restocking charge. These fees are not in under the control of Moore Pet Supplies. International Shipping Costs If you live in a country not listed in the chart below, please Create a Ticket and select customer Feed Back from the drop-down menu to contact us by e-mail. Let us know what product you would like to order as well as your shipping address. We will respond to your e-mail during normal business hours M-F 9am-5pm CST with the necessary shipping charge. Pet Doors come with locking panels and locking devices, using these devices minimizes any risk, but does not replace proper parental supervision. |

Installation: We recommend that any consumer that installs their own pet door wear eye protection and be familiar with the construction procedures and tools of installing a pet door. We provide a contact list on our website at not charge for our customers who are not comfortable with installations to help them locate a certified installer. INSTALLERS No pet door is rain proof. Please consider the location where you plan to install your pet door and the severity of the weather the pet door would be exposed to.
