We love our Security Boss dog/cat door!! We've had the original flaps w door since 2013!! 8 years and they still work great. One tab hole ripped thru so we replaced the whole set. These replacements will outlast our pets. Great product!

A little slow getting product.

The Moore pet doors are the best! The flaps lasted 8 years after full time use by two collies. That’s pretty good! I replaced them myself and I’m a retired lady. It wasn’t super easy but I sat on a small stool and was able to do it with the Allen wrench and my fingers. Couldn’t see what I was doing but I felt my way through it.
