I've used this door since the late 90s and have had to replace it after a hurricane in 08 and again after last year's hurricane in October. They are sturdy doors for the most part and easy to change out when needed. If I hadn't had damage to my doors both times I would still have the origional door.

I got this pet door for my cat. It leads downstairs where her litterbox is. I was looking for something that would be durable, but it didnt need to have any of the frills that other cat flaps had. All i needed was a flap, so the 4-way locking feature on many of the other kitty flaps were unnecessary. This really is the basic, no-frills model and its working great.

I have a Boxer who has been very tough on our previous door. Since we've had thi door it seems to be holding up well and simply doesn't brake. This is a very good utility door.

My Trixy loves her new doggie door. its light weight and easy for her to go in and out. The best part is I don't have to get up in the middle of the night to let her out.
