Introducing the Bayer Seresto Flea and Tick Collar for Dogs . With an innovative delivery system, this collar provides flea & tick protection for 8 months. The Seresto collar provides the level of performance found in topical treatments while giving you the convenience of an easy to use collar. Ticks that are repelled aren't able to attach, and therefore aren't able to spread disease. This collar is odorless, non-greasy, and easy to use. A water resistant design allows the collar to remain effective after monthly bathing and occasional swimming (swimming more than once a month reduces collar longevity to 5 months). In the unlikely event that a pet becomes trapped, the collar features a release mechanism that the pets own strength will be sufficient to allow for a speedy release.
