The Wood Expansion Gate is one of the widest stairway approved gates on the market. This gate comes highly recommended from a number of major kennel clubs due to the unfinished top design, eliminating a push off point for dogs to jump over. This gate features a mesh wooden barrier that works well at preventing small dogs from passing through, while preventing some of the most problematic jumping dogs.

This Wood Expansion Gate features a locking mechanism that can be operated with one hand by adults, but is nearly impossible for children. This Expansion Gate also features an exclusive design to prevent pinch points. The gate can be contracted or swung open when passing through due to the unique hardware mount attachments and mesh barrier design. A metal brace is attached at the mid point, providing added stability. This Wood Expansion Gate is available in 4 sizes. This Wood Expansion Gate has been JPMA certified for use with children.
